SUTTON CAMP - 26 people
Facilities include: kitchen, dining room, lounge and adjacent hall. There is ample room to pitch tents on the grounds.
Activities around and near Sutton Camp: Sutton Salt Lake - the only inland salt lake in New Zealand. Taieri River - suitable for kayaks (not supplied by
camp) Rock and Pillar Range - DOC walking tracks - Range from short walks to overnight tramp to DOC hut. Macraes Gold Mine, ¾ hour drive away. Miners’
Cottages – relics of gold mining era.
(These are on private property but permission to visit is readily given) Central Otago Rail Trail – cycle or walks parts of this very
well known scenic trail, it begins 8 km from the Camp at Middlemarch.

TAUTUKU OUTDOOR EDUCATION CENTRE - 85 people
Stay at Tautuku and experience podocarp forests, rugged coastlines, hidden lakes and stunning waterfalls. The Catlins natural landscapes are enthralling and
the wildlife is extraordinary. Tuatuku is ideal for family, weddings, social groups and club functions over a weekend. Tautuku has a busy school camp schedule,
available for weekends, school holidays and midyear weeks. Facilities include: spacious modern kitchen, large dining hall and laundry. Activities include:
Abseiling, confidence course, flying fox, climbing walls, initiative course, kayaking,
orientation course, nature walk on the Rod Snell Memorial Walk.
Other attractions:
Cathedral Caves, McLean Falls, Old Coach Track Walk, Kings Rocks, and Tautuku Beach.

BERWICK LODGE - 67 people
Located near the Sinclair Wetlands and set amongst exotic forest with native bush nearby. Berwick has a busy school camp schedule, but is available for weekends, school holidays and midyear weeks, ideal for family, social groups and clubs functions over a weekend. Facilities include: Modern kitchen, dining room and lounge, a gymnasium with a climbing wall, drying room and sauna. All facilities can be accessed by covered walkways. Activities include:
Abseiling, confidence course, flying fox, initiative course, kayaking, orientation course, rifle range and tramping.
